The short version
GAME Baby collects nothing about you or your child. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no in-app purchases and no links out of the app, and it contains no third-party code of any kind.
The app
- What stays on your device. The grown-ups' settings (which game GAME Baby opens on, whether its sound is on, and the bedtime setting), and when the animals last fell asleep. Nothing else is stored: no names, no scores, no pictures, no recordings. Nothing is ever sent anywhere, and deleting GAME Baby deletes it all.
- No network. GAME Baby makes no network connections at all. Every build is checked for network code before it is made.
- On a TV. If you show GAME Baby on a television by Screen Mirroring to an Apple TV or with a cable, the picture is carried by your device's own AirPlay or video output, which is Apple's and covered by Apple's privacy policy. GAME Baby itself sends nothing.
Children
GAME Baby is made for children of about 12 months to 3 years, and is in the App Store's Kids category. It collects no personal information from anyone, children included. The settings sit behind a parental gate, and there is nothing to buy and nowhere to go outside the app.
This website
These pages are part of www.samegame.co.uk, which sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising. Its server may keep standard technical logs for a short time to keep it running and secure; see the site's privacy policy.
Your rights
Because GAME Baby holds no personal information about you or your child, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area and have a question about this, write to us below.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, this page will say so, with a new date, before the app does.
